Your satisfaction is of primary importance to us at Art Antique Auctions. In the event that you are not pleased with your purchase(s) from our Online Catalogue, they may be returned for a full refund. Our conditions of refund are:
Item(s) must be returned to our store in the same condition as received.
We must be notified within two days of receipt of goods of your intent to return them.
Items must be shipped back to Art Antique Auctions within four business days of receipt of goods; the client is responsible for shipping charges to return these item(s) to Art Antique Auctions.
We strongly encourage you to insure returning pieces while in transit as the buyer is responsible for any damages that may occur.
Pack the merchandise in a similar fashion that you received them to avoid damage during return shipping.
Ship the merchandise to the address provided. Please note that return postage is at customer's expense.
Upon receival of returned merchandise we will issue a credit to your credit card account which the charges are made for the purchase and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
This refund policy applies only to those goods purchased online, without first hand examination in our showroom.
