• Our guarantee

As we have done for over 25 years, we guarantee all items at Art Antiques Auctions for authenticity. Furthermore, all listed items' Appraised Values are at a minimum of 150% of their sales price on ArtAntiqueAuction. With each purchased item, you will receive a "Certificate of Authenticity/Cerftificate of  Appraisal" to certify the fact.

• Payment methods

For online purchases we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Electronic Check payments through PayPal.

For offline purchases (orders by phone, e-mail, regular mail, etc.) we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, cash, money orders, certified checks and personal checks (with proper identification and pending bank clearance).

The total amount including sales tax and shipping (if applicable) will be calculated at check-out. An 8.25% sales tax applies to orders shipped within Texas.

Items can not be released without full payment.

• Item Descriptions and Other Information on ArtAntiqueAuction.com

Due to our large volume of inventory we do not list full condition reports in our Online Catalogue. We are pleased to provide upon request a detailed condition report outlining restorations, additions or damage.

ArtAntiqueAuction.com tries to ensure the accuracy of all item descriptions and other information on the site. However, ArtAntiqueAuction.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other information on this site is absolutely accurate or error-free. If a product offered hereby is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the merchandise in unused condition for a full refund.

• Inventory availability

We cannot guarantee all items are available from the Online Catalogue at the time of your request.

• Price policy

We do our best to insure the accuracy of prices listed on our web site, however prices are subject to change without notice. We do apologize for any errors or omissions.

• Local Pick-Ups

We will hold your purchased item(s) for five business days for local pick-ups. Thereafter, a daily nominal storage fee will apply. Please contact us if you think you will not be able to pick your purchased item within time and will try to assist you.

• Risk of Loss

All items purchased from ArtAntiqueAuction.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for any item passes to the purchaser of such item upon our delivery thereof to the carrier.

• Responsibility For Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. ArtAntiqueAuction.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
